Piston/ Bushing Assembly Cell
This Work Station required the assembly of two bushing types into three types of pistons. The bushings were compressed in order to slip into position. All tooling change over was sensed as well as part type at the assembly point. The operator loaded the bushings and pistons.

Sintered Fiiter Insertion Retrofit
This Fully Automatic Station was a retrofit to an existing machine. Our customer's product required a brass filter be inserted in a breather hole. The Station was required to accommodate two product series at the same work station with minimal change over.

Pump Performance Test Station
This station clamped and fully performance tested the assembled product for flow and pressure. The product was servo driven at several specified speeds. Good parts were array marked.
