Semi-automatic assembly machine. This machine assembles five different size engine bolt/isolator assemblies with minimum tooling change over time. Equipped with two-hand anti-tie down control and it also has machine casters for easy setup of work cell.

Saliba Industries own "Square transfer line". We have existing designs of systems for 6" to 24" pallet size with transfer time of less than 2 seconds. This machine is putting down two beads of silicone on a flood light frame using a Yamaha robot and EFD glue valve.

Semi-automatic leak test machine for anti-lock brake valve. Operator loads valve into vibratory track it is picked and placed onto dial for testing. Failed parts are rejected and good parts are offloaded.

Fully automatic assembly and test of tail light socket. This machine leak tests o-ring seals, punches three terminals and inserts them into a housing. Terminals are tested for straightness and push out force, then light bulb is inserted and tested. Finished assemblies are placed in a carton.
